I'm Alycia — and I've been where you are.
For years I poured everything into the people around me — my family, my children's education as a homeschooling mom, and decades of work serving young people. I loved it. And somewhere along the way, I lost track of me.
Walking through personal challenges and seasons of transformation, I learned that guilt, burnout, and identity loss are not the end of the story. With faith, honest reflection, and practical tools, we can move beyond survival mode into lives marked by clarity, confidence, purpose, and joy.
